All payments are securely processed through Stripe via our scheduling platform. Reflector Astrology does not have access to or store your full credit card details. Please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy for information on how your payment data is handled.

c. Website Analytics

Anonymous, aggregated data may be collected through tools such as SquareSpace Analytics or similar services to understand site performance, visitor behavior, and user experience. This data does not personally identify you.

d. Newsletter & Email

If you subscribe to the Reflector Astrology newsletter, your email address is stored through our email service provider for the purpose of delivering content you’ve opted into. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email. We never add email addresses to our list without explicit permission, and we respectfully ask that you unsubscribe rather than mark our correspondence as spam.

Upon booking, you will receive a password-protected link to your personal client page on reflectorastrology.com. This page is not discoverable by search engines or other visitors. Access credentials are provided to you directly via email and should be treated as private information.

Session materials hosted on your client page—including recordings, PDFs, and written deliverables—are available for a reasonable period following your session but are not permanently archived. It is your responsibility to download and save personal copies of all materials within a reasonable timeframe. We recommend doing so shortly after each item is made available.

Reflector Astrology uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing how your data is handled:
