Welcome to reflectorastrology.com. By booking a session, purchasing a service, or interacting with this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

All astrology and tarot sessions offered through this website are intended for informational, reflective, and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or require professional support, please seek the appropriate licensed provider.

Astrology and tarot are used as reflective instruments within this practice—not as predictive or prescriptive tools. The work offered here supports self-recognition, clarity, and meaning-making within life transitions. It is not clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic in nature.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book a session unless you have express written permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. Any personal information shared during a session will be held in strict confidence and will never be shared without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

4. Scope of Practice

Astrology and tarot are powerful tools for self-awareness, timing, and personal growth—but they are not predictive in the deterministic sense, nor are they clinical. Interpretations are offered in good faith and with care, but ultimate responsibility for decisions and life choices rests with the client. Clients are expected to consult with licensed professionals and exercise good judgment prior to making significant life decisions.

5. Crisis & Trauma Disclosure

Astrology and tarot can offer powerful insight and meaning-making, but they are not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, severe emotional distress, or symptoms of untreated trauma, please contact a licensed therapist, counselor, or emergency mental health service in your area.

I am not a trauma-informed counselor or therapist, and I do not offer clinical mental health services of any kind. While I bring compassion, deep presence, and reflective insight to my work, I do not have the training to safely hold or respond to acute trauma. If you are unsure whether this work is the right setting for your current needs, please reach out before booking.

If at any point during a session it becomes clear that your situation requires professional psychological support, I may gently pause or end the session and refer you to more appropriate resources. This is not a rejection—it is an act of care and respect for your safety and well-being.

6. Payment & Booking

All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Session times are not guaranteed until payment is received and a booking confirmation is sent.

7. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refunds

Because I limit my availability to ensure each session receives the presence and preparation it deserves, the following policies help protect the integrity of that container for both of us.

Refunds within 48 hours of initial booking If you change your mind within 48 hours of purchasing your session, you may request a full refund by emailing support@reflectorastrology.com. No questions asked.

Cancellations after 48 hours of initial booking (but more than 48 hours before your scheduled session) After the initial 48-hour booking window, sessions are no longer fully refundable. If you need to cancel during this period, you may:

* Receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee, or

* Receive full credit toward a future session

You may also reschedule once at no additional cost during this window, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled session.

Changes within the last 48 hours before your scheduled session Cancellations within the last 48 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable and not eligible for credit. If you need to reschedule within this window, a preparation and reservation fee is required:

* $100 for The Pattern, The Current, and The Threshold

* $200 for The Integrated Inquiry and The Full Reflection

Late arrivals Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you are running late, your session will be held for up to 10 minutes past the start time. After that point, the session will be considered a no-show. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival.

No-shows Clients who miss their session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit. The late rescheduling fee outlined above is required to book a new session.

8. Late Arrivals

Sessions are held within their scheduled time to ensure the work remains complete and contained. If you are running late, your session will be held for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. After that point, the session will be considered a no-show.

Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. The full session time begins at the originally scheduled start time, regardless of when you join. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the rescheduling fee outlined in Section 7 will apply to book a new session.

9. Recordings

Sessions are recorded and provided to you for personal use only. By participating in a session, you consent to being recorded for the purpose of receiving a playback file. Recordings will be made available on your private client page within a reasonable timeframe following the session.

Recordings may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, posted publicly, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission. Recordings and other session materials hosted on your client page are not guaranteed to be permanently archived and may be removed after a reasonable retention period. It is the client’s responsibility to download and save personal copies of all session materials—including recordings, PDFs, and written deliverables—within a reasonable timeframe. Reflector Astrology is not responsible for materials that are no longer available after removal.

10. Third-Party Bookings

Reflector Astrology reserves the right to decline any session where the person booking is not the person receiving the session. Astrology and tarot sessions are deeply personal, and it is essential that the participant is the one choosing to engage in the work.

If you would like to gift a session to someone, we encourage you to purchase a gift card rather than booking on their behalf. This ensures the recipient can choose their own session type, time, and level of engagement—and that they enter the work on their own terms.

11. Client Pages

Upon booking, you will receive a link to a private client page on reflectorastrology.com. This page serves as your personal container for session-related materials, including your Welcome Packet, session recording, and any written deliverables associated with your session tier.

Client pages are password-protected. Your access credentials will be provided to you directly via email at the time your page is created. Please treat your client page link and access credentials as you would any private information and do not share them publicly. Reflector Astrology is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised credentials.

12. Digital Content & Future Offerings

From time to time, digital content, courses, or other offerings may become available through this site. These products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Access instructions and any limitations will be outlined on the relevant product page.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, session materials, course content, and written deliverables—is the intellectual property of Alice Smith and Reflector Astrology unless otherwise noted. It may not be reproduced, redistributed, or republished without written permission.

14. Right to Decline Service

Alice reserves the right to respectfully decline or discontinue service at any time, including but not limited to cases of harassment, inappropriate conduct, misalignment of expectations, or situations where the work falls outside her scope of practice.

15. Communication

Logistical and scheduling communications—including booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling requests, and follow-up correspondence—may be handled by our team via support@reflectorastrology.com. Session-related inquiries of a personal or reflective nature are reserved for your scheduled session time with Alice.

16. Limitation of Liability

Reflector Astrology, Alice Smith, and any associated team members shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of the insights, reflections, or information provided during sessions or through any materials on this website. All services are offered in good faith and received at the client’s own discretion and risk.

17. Updates to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the effective date noted above. Continued use of this website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
